PRItronics Management Team

Dwight Nordstrom - Pritronics Chairman
Dwight came to China in 1986 with General Electric, and in one year
became China Country Manager for GE/CALMA. In 1989 he bought 100% of
PRI (Pritronics' parent company) and focused the business on equipment
sales and engineering contracts. In 1996, he refocused the company on
factory consulting and investment and has helped to start 18 factories.
He was GM of Three-Five Systems in 1998-1999 and currently serves as
Country Manager of Galtronics China and is Chairman or Vice Chairman of
8 companies in China.

Juliet Chen - General Manager
Juliet Chen became PRItronics' General Manager in January of 2008.
She has spent 14 years in the workplace - specializing in Human Resources, Investment Project
Management, and general Administration. Through all of this she has shown a special
ability in understanding and dealing with people. In her time at PRItronics, Juliet has
further developed company policies and guidelines, while also showing a strong business
acumen - her input has helped other PRItronics department managers increase
productivity and business results.

Wilhelm Stoker - Program Management Department Manager
Wilhelm Stoker is responsible for the Program Management and Supply Chain
Management departments at PRItronics. He has transformed PRItronics into an ERP
driven organization where the data and people fuel consistent results and continuous
improvements. Wilhelm has a BSEE degree from the University of Pretoria in South
Africa. He is fully fluent in Chinese and has 4 years Electronic Manufacturing working
experience at PRItronics. Wilhelm also brings with him 3 years of Electronics Hardware
and Software Product design experience.

Li Peng - Operation Manager
Li Peng joined the PRItronics team in October of 2006 and currently oversees a wide
variety of tasks, including engineering, DCC, warehouse, and quality control. A
Mechanical Engineering graduate of Tianjin Institute of Technology, he has 11 years of
experience in the field. During his career, Li Peng has worked for such companies as
Pemstar, Hangzhou 8 Telecommunications, and the Korean giant, Samsung. He succeeded
at many roles as both an engineer and manager for these businesses, and continues to build
on his success at PRItronics.

Mu Dongjian - Production Manager
Mu Dongjian has 12 years of experience in the EMS industry. At PRItronics he is
responsible for the production and testing departments. His prior work experience
includes time at both Pemstar and Motorola China. At Pemstar he supervised production
plan and cost control, among other things. Along with the knowledge built from his
managerial roles at these companies, Mu Dongjian also brings to PRItronics an extensive
history of specific EMS training and certifications.

Scott Xin - Finance Manager
Scott Xin has 15 years of experience in the financial field. He started his career as a cost
accountant in a Chinese state-owned company, Yu Mei Jing, and became very experienced
in cost calculation. Scott also spent 5 years at Ding Yuan International Ltd, first as a
finance supervisor and then as the finance manager at its TJ Branch Office. Lastly, before
joining PRItronics, he was a finance manager at Feifei SenWang Resources Group Co.
Scott's reliability and work ethic have proved to be an asset both for his former employers
and at PRItronics.
